Great overview of ebay design process by Luke Wroblewski at his Functioning Form blog. The web (& good desktop software) is a tough medium to work in. It presents difficult technical and design challenges. A site well executed “disappears” into the background after the initial aha!
This is very similar to the experience of the ipod or the mac. Apple has always been so good at this type of design work. A highly recommended read and bookmark for those future projects.

MMPORG’s are the things to watch over the next few years. Here are a few links that have been sitting in my queue to blog about:

When it comes to MMPORG’s I am presently big on World of Warcraft and Second Life of course (Max Doctorow, nods to one of my favorite authors, Cory Doctorow).

Found this one from Lance Tracey’s blog. We are all trying to get a few more hours every day. Jon Bischke has a great post on How to have a 36 hour day. He mentions one of my favorite self-improvement bloggers Steve Pavlina. Enjoy
