The tsunami tragedy is unimaginably worse than first thought. Right now they are estimating over 120,000 dead. So tragic, so sad. Give till it hurts, I used the Amazon Honor System to donate. You should too.

New amazing exhibit of Ansel Adams photography from the Library of Congress at Suffering under a Great Injustice. The exhibit is a photoessay by the master himself on Japanese American internment camps during World War 2.

As usual, boing boing (actually waxy) gets it right. Wait till the MPAA gets a load at what comes out next. They made a hell of a mistake. Hackers throughout the world are powering up compilers and debuggers just to stick it to them. Why can’t we have a more open and honest discussion about ip rights? Why do we have to kick the teeth of the kids moving us forward?

Great ideas….
