Wow…

Bill Burnham has a great article about VC goings on here: BurnhamsBeat: A Microcosm of VC Madness: $250M for Wireless E-Mail. I remember a group of friends and I decided to do this very thing about 7 years ago. We never actually got funded though, it was probably way too early. Clearly though the market in email/messaging middleware is huge, but come on now, $250,000,000 dollars of seed money to these guys?
